The process flow of electro-galvanizing is as follows:
1. Pretreatment: including brushing agent treatment, phosphoric acid cleaning and water washing, etc.
2. Electroplating: Put metal objects into an electroplating bath, charge them with a certain current, and the metal is covered with a plating layer through the action of electricity.
3. Precipitation plating: Add the electroplated metal into a strong alkaline liquid at a certain temperature and different times, and perform sodium carbonate precipitation treatment on the metal surface layer.
4. Washing: Put the plated metal into the washing tank and wash it to make the coating clean and tidy.
5. Reflux: Put the washed metal into a higher-temperature pretreatment reflux tank, and perform degreasing treatment by removing the rust layer and the remaining metal in the passivation layer.
6. Cooling: Put the recycled metal into the cooling pool and perform cooling treatment to fix the structure of the metal and ensure the smoothness of the metal surface, and then proceed to the following processes in sequence.
