The No.3D surface layer also includes a rough surface obtained by lightly smoothing it with a matte roller on the basis of the surface layer. The matte roller uses a unique process to roughen the surface of the hot-rolled strip, that is, multiple hard-changing particles are produced on the surface of the hot-rolled strip, and during the leveling process, the surface of the steel plate is uneven, hard and soft.
