Welcome Korean customers to GNEE steel

GNEE Steel welcomed an important customer from South Korea in April 2024. They are a steel manufacturer that focuses on producing high-quality steel products. The main business covers building structures, manufacturing and automotive industries, and has extremely high requirements for the quality and performance of steel products.

The customer needs a large number of S350GD+Z hot-dip galvanized steel plates for building structures and manufacturing applications in many of their projects. They have strict requirements on product quality, surface treatment and delivery time, and hope to find a reliable supplier to meet their procurement needs.

On April 20, 2024, the customer communicated with us via email and decided to come to GNEE STEEL on April 25 to communicate specific product details. After arriving at our company, the customer clearly stated that he needed S350GD+Z hot dipped galvanised steel, and the specific product requirements were:
Coating thickness: 60 gr/m2
Surface: B, mat, no spangle
Dimension: 0,80*40 mm, strip

Afterwards, in the conference room, we conducted in-depth negotiations and discussions on details such as product price and delivery time. The sales team actively answered customers' questions and provided professional suggestions and solutions. At the customer's request, we provided samples for customers to inspect and confirm. After strict inspection and acceptance by customers, the samples were recognized and satisfied by them.

After preliminary communication and sample confirmation, the two parties reached an order agreement, signed a contract, and re-determined important information such as quantity, specifications, price and delivery time. In the end, GNEE Steel successfully won an order of 2,000 tons of S350GD+Z hot-dip galvanized steel plates. The customer spoke highly of our service attitude and said that he was very satisfied with the conversation process.
