In March 2024, we received an email from a customer in India asking us about the price of galvanized steel products and product quality. In April, the customer suddenly told us that he wanted to take a look at our products, and finally agreed to come to our company on April 17th.

When customers come to GNEE STEEL, they are received by our manager Wang and the sales team. The manager introduces our company in detail, emphasizing our expertise, experience and commitment to quality.

Our sales team details our galvanized steel products including specifications, applications and benefits. We displayed samples to demonstrate the surface and zinc layer thickness of our products and answered some customer questions.

Afterwards, we arrange a comprehensive tour of our production facilities for our Indian customers, allowing them to witness first-hand our state-of-the-art production processes and quality control measures. Customers engage in detailed discussions with our technical experts to resolve any technical questions or concerns they have about our products or processes.

Our sales team conducts constructive negotiations with customers to discuss price, terms and conditions for galvanized steel coil DX51D grade zinc layer thickness 275g. We work hard to reach a mutually beneficial agreement that satisfies both parties.

After reaching consensus, we formalized the collaboration by signing a comprehensive agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the collaboration.

We assure our Indian customers that we will continue to provide support and assistance after the agreement is reached, providing them with timely after-sales support, technical guidance and necessary assistance.
