The heat dissipation of transformer coil in 10kv 11kv Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer uses new oil duct structure with reasonable design, optimizes the insulation technology and improves the mechanical strength and snti short circuit ability. The core is made of high quality cold rolled sillcon steel, with five step lamination process, the surface coating curing paint to reduce the loss and noise. 1. Choose high-quality grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity, 45°fully inclined core jointstep-by-step lamination, which can effectively reduce no-load loss and noise.
2.Fully sealed vacuum oil injection is adopted to effectively prevent the infiltration of oxygen and moisture, and the insulation performance of the transformer is greatly strengthened.
3. The fully sealed structure can delay the aging of transformer oil and insulating paper. It not only has compact structure, but also has the advantages of high operation efficiency and maintenance free.
