There are different zinc flowers on the surface of Galvanized Coil.In the normal solidification process, the zinc grains grow freely and form obvious zinc flower-like coating.During the solidification process of zinc coating, the zinc particles were artificially restricted to form as small as possible zinc flower coating.By adjusting the chemical composition of the bath, the coating without zinc flower has no obvious zinc flower morphology and uniform surface.
