In terms of galvanization, both Q195 and Q235 steel wire can be hot-dip galvanized or electro-galvanized. Hot-dip galvanizing involves dipping the wire in molten zinc, while electro-galvanizing involves coating the wire with zinc using an electrical current. Both methods provide a layer of protection against corrosion, but hot-dip galvanizing typically provides a thicker and more durable coating.
