z350 Prime Galvanized Cold Rolled Steel Coil also known as galvanized coil, is a galvanized coil product. Galvanized coil, a steel material coated with zinc. The galvanized coil is the predecessor of the galvanized sheet. The galvanized coil is cut into sheets by equipment.

Cold rolled steel coil is a type of steel coil product developed from hot rolled steel coil and sheet, surface quality and dimension precision are quite low after hot rolling process, it can’t be used where surface quality and dimensions are required. Until now, cold rolled coils have been available and successfully used for a variety of applications.

It is cold-rolled or hot-rolled, long and narrow long steel plate is coated with a layer of raw materials called (zinc, aluminum) to varying degrees. Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. The hot-dip galvanized strip steel matrix undergoes a complex physical and chemical reaction with the molten plating solution to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with a compact structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the strip steel matrix. Therefore, its corrosion resistance is strong.

It is produced through a process of metal coating which involves passing cold rolled coils through a zinc pot. The process ensures the adherence of zinc to the surface of steel sheet.The zinc layer provides excellent corrosion resistance so that it can prolong the service life of the product.

GI galvanized steel coil z275 zinc sheet metal steel coil(GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc’s characteristics.

Cold-rolled steel is low-carbon hot-rolled steel that has been rolled at room temperature, below its recrystallization temperature. The steel is then cleaned of oxide scale and finished in a specific series of rolling to just over the desired thickness, heating to controlled temperatures, and final rolling to the desired thickness.

Cold-rolled steel coils are made of hot-rolled coils and rolled at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature. Cold-rolled steel has good performance. That is, cold-rolled steel can be thinner and more precise.

For galvanized steel coils, the steel sheet is immersed in a molten zinc bath to make a sheet of zinc coated on its surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in a plating tank with zinc melted to make galvanized steel plate; alloyed galvanized steel plate.

Cold-rolled is processed from hot-rolled sheets at room temperature. Although the temperature of the steel sheet will be heated during the processing, it is still called cold-rolled. Due to the continuous cold deformation of hot rolling, the mechanical properties are relatively poor and the hardness is too high. It must be annealed to restore its mechanical properties, and those without annealing are called hard rolled coils.
