Q: Once the product received by customer were found not comply with products or contract, what will you do?
We will compensate the customer for all the loss without hesitation.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
Generally it is 30% prepayment, 70% balance see B/L copy, or 100% LC at sight.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Within 7-15 days after receiving the deposit or L/C at sight. Longer lead time will be required for special designed products.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A:Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but the delivery charges will be covered by our customers.
