Galvanized steel coil for equipment profile
Galvanized steel coil, using cold rolled steel coil as the base material, using continuous hot dipping process. In this method, when the heated steel strip is in contact with the molten zinc, an iron-zinc alloy binding layer is formed through a diffusion process, which adheres the coating tightly to the steel. One of the disadvantages of galvanizing is that if the zinc coating is scraped off the steel, the steel is not protected and prone to failure. Due to its properties, zinc has excellent corrosion resistance, applicability and machinability.
