Appearance of galvanized sheets
(1) Surface state: Galvanized sheets have different surface states due to different treatments in the coating process, such as ordinary zinc bloom, fine zinc bloom, flat zinc bloom, no zinc bloom, and phosphate treated surfaces. German standards also specify the surface level.
(2) The galvanized sheet should have a good appearance and should not have defects that are harmful to the use of the product, such as no plating, holes, ruptures and slag, more than the plating thickness, abrasions, chromic acid stains, white rust, etc. Foreign standards on the specific appearance of defects are not very clear. When ordering some specific defects should be specified in the contract.
