Cold Rolled Steel Coil

Galvanized Steel coil is produced through applying Zn coat on both faces by hot dip process. It enjoys both the physical protective feature and the electrochemical protective property of Zn.

For galvanized steel coils, the steel sheet is immersed in a molten zinc bath to make a sheet of zinc coated on its surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in a plating tank with zinc melted to make galvanized steel plate; alloyed galvanized steel plate.

Galvanised steel is represented by cold- and hot-rolled coils with a zinc coating, which helps to protect the steel against atmospheric corrosion. Galvanised steel coils are successfully used in industries with stringent requirements for corrosion resistance, durability, strength and appearance, and can be formed or have various coatings applied.

Galvanized steel coil refers to rolled coil steel product that has been cleansed and heated before it is dipped into molten zinc. The hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel strip, sheet, or slab can be coated with zinc and iron (GA) or zinc (GI).

Cold Rolled Steel Coil SPCC/SPCD/SPCE/SPCF/SPCG are a steel product produced by applying plastic deformation to hot-rolled steel on cold-rolling mills.

Cold-rolled is processed from hot-rolled sheets at room temperature. Although the temperature of the steel sheet will be heated during the processing, it is still called cold-rolled. Due to the continuous cold deformation of hot rolling, the mechanical properties are relatively poor and the hardness is too high. It must be annealed to restore its mechanical properties, and those without annealing are called hard rolled coils. Hard-rolled coils are generally used to make products that do not require bending or stretching, and those with a thickness of less than 1.0 are rolled on both sides or four sides with good luck.

Cold-rolled sheet in coil form is produced by removing rust from hot-rolled sheet by “pickling” it in a weak acid solution, then washing, brushing, drying, oiling and unrolling the sheet and finally performing cold-rolling by passing the sheet through a reducing mill under pressure and winding it into a roll.
