Cold-rolled steel strip is made of hot-rolled coil as raw material, rolled at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature, including plate and coil, which can be produced by many domestic steel mills such as Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Anshan Iron and Steel, etc. Among them, those delivered in sheets are called steel plates, also known as box plates or flat plates; those with long lengths and delivered in coils are called steel strips, also known as coil plates.
