Flowered galvanized sheet (also called tinplate) is formed by condensation after normal galvanizing. It is divided into: large flower galvanized sheet and small flower galvanized sheet, which is suitable for the engineering industry.
Standing thickness specifications: 0.25-3.0mm
Standing roll width: 1000/1219/1250mm
Surface treatment: passivated/non-passivated, oiled/unoiled
Zinc layer thickness: 60-275g/m²
Available materials: DX51D+Z, DX53D+Z, DX54D+Z, DX56D+Z
A large number of galvanized sheets are used in automobile manufacturing, refrigerated containers, the construction industry, ventilation and heating installations and furniture manufacturing. Galvanizing has become an important anti-corrosion method for steel, not only because zinc can form a dense protective layer on the surface of steel, but also because zinc has a cathodic protection effect. When the galvanized layer is damaged, it can still prevent the iron matrix through cathodic protection. Material corrosion.
Characteristics of flowered galvanized sheets
Flower galvanized sheets add zinc flower-promoting elements to the zinc liquid, and at the same time reduce the lead content in the zinc liquid to dozens of PPM. After the zinc layer solidifies, inconspicuous zinc flowers are formed, and the surface is smooth and smooth.
Galvanizing amount
Standard value of galvanizing amount: Galvanizing amount is a commonly used and effective method to express the thickness of the zinc layer of galvanized sheets. The unit of galvanizing amount is g/m2. Japanese, American and German standards stipulate the galvanizing amount of galvanized thin steel sheets as follows.
Exterior
(1) Surface condition: Due to different treatment methods in the coating process, the surface conditions of galvanized sheets are also different, such as ordinary zinc flowers, fine zinc flowers, flat zinc flowers, no zinc flowers, and phosphated surfaces. German standards also specify surface grades.
(2) The galvanized sheet should have good appearance and should not have defects that are harmful to the use of the product, such as no plating, holes, cracks and scum, excessive plating thickness, scratches, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc. Foreign standards are not very clear on specific appearance defects. Some specific defects should be listed in the contract when ordering.
