Flower galvanizing and Zero Spangle
There are two types of
hot-dip galvanized zinc flowers: one is normal zinc flowers, and the other is without zinc flowers. Previous hot-dip galvanizing products always had some zinc splatter on the surface because the lead in the zinc liquid could not be extracted very pure. Therefore, our old concept is that hot-dip galvanizing has splatter. With the development of the automobile industry, if hot-dip galvanized automobile sheets are required to be painted, zinc spatter will have an impact on the coating. Later, by reducing the lead content in zinc ingots and zinc liquid to dozens of ppm, We can produce products with no or very little spangle.
Normal zinc flower
Normal zinc flower is the zinc flower that is formed by condensation of the zinc layer under normal conditions after galvanizing. It is mainly used for general purposes. Do you still remember the old-fashioned buckets used in homes a long time ago? It is covered with zinc flower shapes as shown below, with leaf-like patterns. The appearance looks very bright and beautiful. Flower galvanizing is also divided into small zinc flowers and large zinc flowers, which are mainly used in construction and other places with less direct contact with the human body.
No zinc flowers
Splash-free products mainly refer to special production processes, which generally control the lead to a certain level in the zinc pot, or undergo special treatment after the strip comes out of the zinc pot, such as the treatment of small spangles or zinc spraying powder, to control the spangle to less than a certain level, you can get a splatter-free product.
