Low voltage transformer short circuit protection circuit

At present, the working lights and running lights of the machine tools use low-voltage transformers to provide 36V safety electric music. Because the lamp is often moved in use, it is easy to short-circuit fault, causing the fuse to blow or even burn the transformer. If the 36V small intermediate relay or 36V AC contactor is used as the on-off switch of the transformer, the burning of the instrument can be avoided.

How it works:

After closing S, press the button SB1, the transformer will get 36V low voltage output to make the relay or AC contactor KA suction, relax the press, the KA self-retaining contact to keep KA suction, continue to power on the transformer. If the transformer has a short circuit fault, the relay coil is zero, and the KA will lose power and release, and the transformer power supply will be disconnected to protect the transformer from being damaged.
