3. Coating thickness and uniformity: We use a professional coating thickness gauge to accurately measure the coating thickness of each steel coil. At the same time, we also checked whether the coating is uniform to ensure that the coating quality of every inch of steel coil is stable and reliable.

4. Film weight: We chemically dissolve each roll of galvanized steel coil and determine the weight of the galvanized layer through precision weighing equipment. In this way, we can ensure that the film weight of each shipment fully meets the regulatory requirements. 5. Crown: We check the crown of each galvanized steel coil, which is the degree of bending of the strip. We use professional indicator boards for measurement to ensure that the convexity of each shipment meets the standards.

6. Packaging: Last but not least, we carefully check the packaging of each steel coil. We ensure that the outer packaging is intact and the inner protective materials are fully adapted. Only by ensuring complete packaging can we ensure that the goods are not damaged during transportation.
