Cold rolled steel coils
Cold rolled steel is a more finished product that not only looks better and has a cleaner surface, but is also more durable than hot rolled steel. This steel is made by further processing hot-rolled steel. Compared to hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel offers superior properties but can be more difficult to handle than hot rolled steel due to its higher carbon content.

Hot rolled steel coils
Hot rolled steel coils are formed almost exactly as their name suggests: the steel is rolled at high temperatures, which makes it easier to handle and thus produce a more easily processed product. Because there is less processing involved in manufacturing hot-rolled steel, it is usually much cheaper than cold-rolled steel coils.
Quality steel coils from Ever-shine Building Materials
The raw material of cold rolled steel coil is high quality hot rolled product, and after pickling continuous rolling, degreasing, annealing, skin pass, slitting and cut to length line etc.
Firstly, the hot rolled coils are used as raw mateirals, the oxide film was removed with pickling and annealing. During this process, the hardness of the hot rolled coils are lowered, and the performance of steel is improved. There are Two kinds of annealing treatment, one is Bell-type annealing furnace producing bright steel coils, the other is Continuous Annealing furnace producing black steel coils.
