What is the main production process of galvanized sheets?
The following is a brief introduction to the key production processes of GNEE galvanized sheets:
1. Uncoiling and welding
The coiled steel is uncoiled to produce the strip needed for continuous operation, and the tail of the leading strip and the head of the trailing strip are welded to ensure the continuous production of the unit.
2. Degreasing and cleaning
The cleaning section is to clean the surface of the strip and remove rolling oil and zinc powder to obtain excellent coating adhesion and process performance. It generally includes self-spraying, brushing, electrolytic cleaning, brushing, spraying, squeezing and hot air drying. Drying and other equipment, the cleaning section is more important for hot-dip galvanizing, and is a key process to obtain good performance of strip steel.
3. Annealing
Recrystallization annealing is performed on the hardened strip to obtain excellent physical properties of the product. By controlling the atmosphere in the furnace, good strip coating properties are obtained. The annealing furnace usually consists of preheating, heating, soaking, cooling, etc. Made up of several segments.
4. Demister zinc layer control
By spraying liquid, usually gas or pure nitrogen, onto the surface of the strip after leaving the zinc pot, the coating thickness on the surface of the strip is controlled.
5. Fine grain strengthening treatment
The fine grain strengthening solution is also a process of heating the galvanized iron strip to obtain a zinc-iron alloy coating.
6. Leveling and straightening
The cold rolling of strip steel with small cold rolling force can eliminate the compromise platform of high carbon steel, improve the characteristics of strip steel, obtain the desired surface roughness of strip steel, improve the strip rigidity and plate shape, and obtain high-quality flatness, etc. After leveling, there is tension leveling. Tension leveling is to straighten the strip. The key is to obtain a high-quality plate shape.
7. Post-processing
To carry out passivation or other biological plating processes on strip steel to obtain the corrosion resistance, lubrication or other requirements desired by customers, spray squeezing or roller coating and drying methods are usually used.
8. Turn over
Chamfer the strip as needed to obtain appropriate width accuracy.
9. Apply oil
Apply oil to the strip to obtain certain anti-corrosion and wetting properties.
